Return Policy/Shipping Info
For all returns:
At finicky + OAK we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. As women, we understand how hard it is ordering online. We try to supply you with the best information regarding sizing and fit for order. However, we understand if an item just doesn't work and you wish to return it.
Please read our return policies and take note as we will not accept returns that do not meet our requirements.
- STORE CREDIT is the only form of payment we will issue on a refund - please take note of our policy before placing your order.
- Shipping is at the responsibility and expense of the customer on any returned item(s).
- If you ship your item(s) back to us after the return date they will be refused and shipped back to you at the expense of the customer.
- Store credit, in the original amount, will be given to the customer on all eligible returned merchandise. If your items are missing the tags and/or receipt you will be charged a 25% restocking fee on your items. Items may also be refused. We DO NOT offer refunds in the form of original payment. No exceptions. We will do an exchange if the right size/style is available. (Shipping for exchanged items will be at the expense of the customer, unless we made a shipping error)
- Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. Items postmarked after 14 days will be refused and sent back to the customer, and you will be required to pay shipping to receive your merchandise back.
- Accessories (purses, jewelry, scarves), intimates (leggings, bralettes), and Sale items are FINAL SALE! We will not accept your FINAL SALE return and items will be shipped back to you at customer expense.
- Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original invoice or return form included. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
- ****If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Store credit is issued on the date we process your return. You will get an email with a discount code (One time use, do not share. We are not responsible if the code has already been used) to use on your next purchase.
We ship via USPS. Your order will be processed within 1 day of purchase date. After your order is ready for shipping please allow 3-5 days for your package to be delivered. Generally USPS takes 2 days to deliver your package, yippie.
We offer FREE SHIPPING over $75 within the 48 continental states.
If you need to return an item please note our return policy. All shipping is to the expense of the customer, and is non-refundable, unless of course we made an error.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
